If you run a small organization serving Birmingham, you already know the problem: there's a Saturday's worth of work everywhere you look, and no one on staff with time to recruit, organize, and supervise volunteers. That's the whole job we exist to do — and it costs you nothing.

We put the event on our calendar, promote it, and fill it — and we guarantee a baseline crew from our core group, so your workday never falls through.
Our trained team leader runs the volunteers from arrival to cleanup. You (or someone from your team) stay on site to answer questions. We leave the place better and tidier than we found it.
What it costs you: nothing. Our work is funded by donors and event sponsors — never by the organizations we serve. All we ask is that you supervise anything specific to your site, take a photo with the crew, and tell us honestly how we did.
Note: licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work isn't part of volunteer workdays — if your project needs it, tell us and we'll help you find the right licensed contractor path.
